Interviewing actress Erin Gavin


1-. How was your childhood? 

I had alot of love around me. I lived with my Mum, Granny and auntie growing up. I grew up in Glasgow, Scotland. 

2. - From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had theskills to go on TV? 

6 yrs old watching the movie Annie. I didn't know I had the skills I just knew I had to act ) 

3. - Did your parents support you in the decision you made to be an actress?

My Parents are happy as long as I am happy. They support me in my decisions. 

4. - What was your first appearance on the screens? 

The TV show was called Taggart when I was just a little girl. I got picked out of my drama class. 


5. - What was the role you liked the most? 

Marilyn Monroe - she is just a colourful vibrant character to play. Tuff to get it right. Great challenge! In the end we won top 10 plays in the USA


6.- What do you think led you to fame? 

I have had 2 spells in my life that gave me a little of that. One when I moved to London and went on a hit TV show called Footballers wives and second time around in LA when I was tipped as one of the best actresses to ever play Marilyn Monroe.  


7-. What types of characters you would like to interpret? 

Various! I like challenges. Interesting eccentric characters!


8-. What actresses and actors do you feel comfortable working with? 

I have yet to feel uncomfortable with anyone, But I do not like when people are lazy and come on set not knowing their lines. 

9-. In what other genres of art would you like to participate? (Works of theater, music, among others) 

I am already in the music industry and I have a recording artist deal with Serdica records. My latest songs are Hollywood and Love for the Game. Check them out! Available on all major music platforms.

My last film - Love for the Game. I wrote. produced and directed it. The film is now in contention for Best live action short film. The Academy of motion pictures have been amazing. 


10.- Do you have any anecdotes that have marked you in your life and as a person?

I do not, but each lesson I do my best to learn from and grow


11.- What has been your greatest achievement? 

Black belt in martial as a kid was my first. 
Lately making a film that is contending for Best film. 
I have alot that I am thankful for. 


12.- What projects will you make next and which ones do you have in mind?

13.- Would you like to make a movie in Spain?

Absolutely! if it fits 

14.- you like spanish cinema? 

Of course!
