Interviewing actress Sandra Santiago


1-. How was your childhood?

 I grew up in a little town from Sinaloa Mexico, Full of folklore and banda music.


2. - From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had theskills to go on TV?

 I decided to be an actress when I watched the film ET with Drew Barrymore, the skills to go on TV? By practice and studying my craft


3. - Did your parents support you in the decision you made to be an actress? 

Yes! 100 %

4. - What was your first appearance on the screens? 

An International commercial with Danny Glover 


5. - What was the role you liked the most?  

The role of Sofia, because I take care of a baby and make sure he has the feeling of a real home while his parents are working all the time


6.- What do you think led you to fame? 

This is an interesting question, fame? What is fame?

What led me to be known by many people is my inspiration to make a better world,  my purpose in life to bring an awareness about drugs and mental health

7-. What types of characters you would like to interpret?

 I love to uplift people I love comedy, but I love to create characters who are rich in knowledge and wisdom that is what I love 

8-. What actresses and actors do you feel comfortable working with? 

I love every creative human in  the planet!!! 

9-. In what other genres of art would you like to participate? (Works of theater, music, among others) 

I would like to make music videos singing and dancing  my own songs 

10.- Do you have any anecdotes that have marked you in your life and as a person? 

The first time I went to the front door of La Sorbonne University in Paris, I was pinching my self because I couldnt believe I was going to study there

11.- What has been your greatest achievement? 

My two beautiful kids

12.- What projects will you make next and which ones do you have in mind?

 I have a TV show “Central Valley” we will start shooting soon

13.- Would you like to make a movie in Spain? 

OMG !! Yes! Can you connect me with a Spanish filmmaker

14.- you like spanish cinema? 

Of course! I love it!Love to work with Pedro Almodovar in the near future!

1-. How was your childhood? My childhood was a whole journey on its own. A big rollercoaster with big highs and very low lows. When I was born I used to live with my mum, my grandparents, my aunt, and my uncle. And honestly, it was the best period of my childhood. I have fond memories that helped me build amazing relationships with my family. I was the only great-grandchild who met my great-grandmother and I love to be that one. 1-. How was your childhood? I grew up in a big city in Brazil, São Paulo, I was always surrounded by friends, family and many cousins. Sundays we’d go to my grandparents house and have delicious homemade food.   2. - From what age did you decide to be an actress and how did you know you had theskills to go on TV? I was 5 year old only when I’d dress up bed sheets and act in the backyard of my house. It’s funny because I always would speak a different language, almost as if I knew that one day I’d be an actor in Los Angeles. Acting has been always my passion.
