Interviewing actress ⭐Sarah French ⭐

1.-If you were a superhero, what would your power be and why?

If I could have any super power, it would be the ability to heal all living beings. Because if I had the option to choose any power, I   would always pick something that would help others.

2.-What is the weirdest character you’ve ever played?

Hmmmm that’s an interesting question, it’s making me think ha-ha. Not sure if it’s “weird” per-say, but a few years ago I worked on a film called, “Sorority of the Damned” and I played a character called the Air Witch. She was an old witch that was dead and buried and brought back to life from some sorority girls on accident. When the Air Witch is awakened, she is pissed and wants to wreak havoc with her other elemental witches on those who disturbed their slumber! It’s a character I’ve never brought to life before and I had to step outside the box with this one. It was so much fun and hopefully coming out later this year!

3.-If your life was a movie, who would you want to play you?

I would say Scarlett Johansson. First of all, she’s an amazing actress. We have almost the same measurements, height, light hair, and I get compared to her often, which is a big compliment in my book!

4.-Have you ever had a blooper in the middle of filming?

Tell us about it! Oh yes there are always bloopers happening on set. One time I was in Puerto Rico filming, “Bermuda Island”. The scene called for my character to get undressed and dive into a lake at the bottom of a waterfall. It was such a beautiful place, I’ll never forget it. But, I didn’t realize is how cold this lake was. When I dove into it, I had to come up from the water and say a line. Well, when I came up out of the water, I was so cold I had a hard time saying my line. It was hilarious! The cold water shocked me so much I couldn’t speak ha-ha! Needless to say we had to do it a few times.

5.-If you could change movie genres, what kind of movie would you make?

I already work on many genres of film. I don’t just do horror, although it is my favorite and where I got my start. Besides horror I’ve done drama, thriller, comedy, animation, sci-fi, and action. I love it all! As long as there is a good script, a good business plan, the pay is descent, I’m all ears. I do want to do a western sometime, that’s one genre I’ve never done. I would also love to do more mystery/thriller/horror in the vein of “Silence of the Lambs” and “Stir of Echos”.

6.-If you could go on a date with any character you’ve ever played, who would it be?

I love all the characters I’ve played to some degree, but I’d have to say Harper from “That’s a Wrap”. We have very similar upbringings in the film industry. She’s a bad ass, she doesn’t put up with any shit, she tells it like it is, worked hard to be where she’s at in her career and life. I think we’d have a blast having drinks and telling war stories of our lives.

7.-What is your favorite food on set?

I love a variety of foods from healthy to unhealthy…. But mostly light and healthy types of food. When you’re on set working day in and day out, wearing tight sexy wardrobe, you need to keep that figure in check so you feel good and confident to bring your “A” game. If there are only junk options, it just makes you feel like crap. On set food from meals and crafty is so important and having healthy options is key…. And of course unlimited coffee (with delish creamers) and Celsius!

8.-Do you have any superstitions before going out to shoot?

Not really. I’m choosy with the people I work with and the roles I take on, so I trust the productions I’m on. I am an optimistic person and am always happy for the opportunity to be on set and be able to help bring stories to life.

9.-What would you do if a fan recognized you on the street, but was totally wrong about what character you played?

Luckily that’s never happened to me, but I’d either tell them they have the wrong person or depending how I feel, I’d just go with the flow!

10.-If you could live in any time or place, where would it be?

The older I get the more I’d love to live somewhere more secluded. Maybe a cute and cozy cottage, in the forrest, surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife.

11.-Have you ever dressed up as a character off set, just for fun?

Not that I can think of. I went to a convention a few years ago and did some photo ops as my character Faye from the film, “Blind”.

12.-What’s the most epic scene you’ve shot so far?

I’ve shot some epic scenes in my many years of doing this, but one of my top scenes would have to be my end fight scene in, “Space Wars: Quest for the Deepstar”. We shot in the Nevada desert, in the summer heat for 6 hours straight, and I got to do my own fight stunts. It was fantastic and I would do it all over again if I could.

13.-What song can’t you stop singing to in the shower?

I like a wide variety of music but recently put Pink “Cover me in sunshine” on my likes list on Amazon. It’s a great tune and a positive one. We could all use a lot of positivity right now.
